Quality Guarantee & Manufacturing Defects

All ToysLand products are covered by a guarantee against manufacturing defects. We want you to feel completely confident in every purchase you make with us.

Exchanges for Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team by email within 3 days of receiving your order, attaching clear photos of the issue or incorrect item.
Complete the official Return Request Form.

We will review your request within 2 business days and, if confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement with the same product originally ordered

  • Replacement with a product of similar value

  • A store credit voucher equal to the value of the product for future purchases

Incorrect Size

Please carefully check the measurements provided for each product before purchasing. We do not offer exchanges due to incorrect sizing unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Delivery & Product Responsibility

We are not responsible for the condition of packaging during transit. Some of our products are shipped directly from partner suppliers located in the European Union, the United States, and Asia, ensuring variety and quality.

If your parcel shows visible external damage upon delivery, please contact the courier immediately.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel your purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • If we agree to cover the return costs

  • If you were not informed in advance that you would be responsible for return shipping
