All products purchased from The Lady Place are covered against manufacturing defects. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with complete confidence.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  2. Include clear photos showing the issue or the incorrect item received.

  3. Provide your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If the claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement with the originally ordered item

  • Replacement with a similar item of equal value

  • Store credit equivalent to the value of the product for future purchases

  • Full refund, when applicable

Order Verification

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details, descriptions, dimensions, colors, and specifications before completing a purchase.

Returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or misunderstanding of product details may not be eligible for approval.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

To ensure product availability and efficient delivery, orders may be shipped from different fulfillment centers.

While we carefully package every order, we are not responsible for damage caused by third-party shipping carriers during transit.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please report the issue directly to the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately at suporte@theladyplace.com.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be returned securely packaged

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs will only be covered by The Lady Place in the following situations:

  • The item received is defective

  • The item received is incorrect

  • We explicitly agree to cover the return shipping costs

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
